Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with seven years of experience working with children, teens and adults from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I strive to meet you where you are. My style is warm, open-minded, and solution-oriented, creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly. Together, we'll explore what's important to you, build on your strengths, and navigate challenges in a way that feels meaningful and manageable. My goal is to support you in creating lasting change while moving at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore what you hope to gain from the process, and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. We'll identify goals and create a plan that reflects your needs and priorities. My priority is to provide a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself as we begin working toward meaningful change.
