Great to meet you!

If you’ve been holding it together on the outside but struggling inside, therapy can be a space where you don’t have to pretend. Maybe your thoughts won’t slow down, or everything feels heavy and hard to explain. Together, we can sit with what’s real and help you find your way back to yourself.

I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. I also support clients healing from trauma and learning to reconnect with themselves after long periods of disconnection or overwhelm.

I’ve been in the mental health field for five years and offer virtual sessions, including evenings and weekends.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I believe therapy should fit you, not the other way around. I draw from Internal Family Systems, person-centered, narrative, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral approaches to help you make sense of your experiences and move toward real change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you can take a breath and just be yourself. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out or know exactly what to say. We’ll talk about what’s been bringing you in, what’s been feeling heavy, and what you hope to get out of therapy.

My approach is open minded, nonjudgmental, inquisitive, humorous, and warm. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be real, whether that means sitting with something painful or sharing a laugh when things feel lighter.

You can expect a comfortable and supportive space where we work together to understand your experiences and find what helps you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
