Great to meet you!

I’m a LCSW with 12+ years of experience. I am Latina, a USC grad, published author, and a mom. My life path has led me to helping others heal and grow. My clients range from teens to elders, addressing depression, anxiety and trauma. I welcome clients from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and the LGBTQ+ community. I believe we all come from the same source and are here to help one another. Treat others as you wish to be treated, and don't cause harm in the process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is as unique as the people I work with. Tailoring my methods to your individual needs, I employ an eclectic approach that draws from a variety of therapeutic techniques including EMDR, CBT, client centered therapy etc.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session with me feeling heard, supported, and more empowered. I bring a warm, non-judgmental presence to every conversation, creating a safe space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach is empathetic and deeply attuned to each individual's experience, so clients often feel truly seen and understood — perhaps for the first time in a long while. At the same time, I’m also solution-focused. That means while we honor and explore your emotions and history, we don’t stay stuck in the past. We work together to identify practical steps forward — tools, insights, and strategies that can be applied right away. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, self-doubt, or life transitions, you’ll leave sessions with a clearer sense of direction and something tangible to work with.

Most importantly, clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling lighter, more hopeful, and better equipped to face life’s challenges. You can expect to walk away feeling more connected to yourself, with greater clarity and confidence about where you’re headed.
