Great to meet you!

My name is Victoria, I have my masters degree in Social Work from Fordham University and have worked in school, residential and psychiatric hospital settings for the past 10 years. I have worked with men, women, children and families during the most vulnerable time in their lives.

I have experience working with individuals looking to recover and work through symptoms from depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use and life stressors.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming and scary, but I'm here to help guide you through the process. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate and collaborative environment while also providing action based skills that will help empower you explore patterns of behavior which no longer serve you in order to help you grow and heal. I am an EMDR trained clinician.
