Great to meet you!

Parenting asks everything of you, often all at once. The mornings are full, the days feel endless, and by bedtime, the quiet can feel louder than any noise—your body finally catches up to the weight you’ve been carrying. You show up for your kids, for work, for everyone around you, and in the process, parts of yourself get lost in the shuffle. Exhaustion, tension, and guilt sneak in where your energy used to be.

My approach to therapy

Burnout isn’t a failure, and showing up tired doesn’t make you weak. This is a space to reclaim parts of yourself that have been overlooked, untangle the responsibilities weighing you down, and build strategies to protect your energy while approaching parenting—and life—with steadiness, clarity, and a sense of possibility.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we pay attention to how your days, responsibilities, and constant demands shape your mind, body, and emotions. We explore the patterns that keep you running on empty, notice where your energy is drained, and find approaches that fit your life rather than adding more to your plate.
