Great to meet you!

I became a therapist over a decade ago because I’ve seen how powerful the right combination of understanding, support, and honest challenge can be. I have a particular affinity for working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, including those who feel discouraged by past therapy experiences. I’m also deeply passionate about helping individuals and couples improve their relationships. It’s a privilege to witness people learn healthier, more authentic ways of communicating, setting boundaries, and reconnecting — both with others and with themselves.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and experiential approaches, adapting our work to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll focus not only on insight, but on practical and emotional change you can feel in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

It can be hard to know where to start at your first therapy session. That's why I offer a relaxed structure that gives you space to share your story while also allowing me to learn what’s most important to understand about your concerns. My goal is that by the end of our time together, you feel genuinely comfortable with me and hopeful about what working together could look like.
