Great to meet you!

I am an LCSW in the states of Texas and Utah, and I focus on issues with relationships, anxiety, substance abuse, OCD, parental, postpartum, and perineal therapy, and depression. I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Edwards University in Austin, and my Master of Social Work from University of Texas at Arlington. My goal is to meet you where you are, and to create a treatment plan that is helpful and productive. Please reach out with questions or inquiries!

My approach to therapy

I believe the mind, body, and spirit are all involved in being in a healthy place mentally. I strive for my therapy sessions with you to be a safe place where you can talk freely and be comfortable. I focus on CBT, but also draw from mindfulness, meditation, strengths perspective, DBT, positive psychology, and more. Our goal is to figure out any possible trauma (when you are ready), discover coping skills that work for you, and change your perspective on yourself and life - in a good way.

What you can expect from me

I hope for clients to take away a sense of peace and calmness. I hope that therapy allows them to feel more of a sense of control and confidence over their own lives. My goal is to give clients tools they can use to allow them to get through each day, and eventually live a life of joy and hope.
