My primary goal as a therapist is to curate an environment where my clients feel safe to explore their creativity, take emotional risks, be vulnerable, and ultimately learn more about themselves.

My approach to therapy

I aim to embody a strengths-based, person-centered approach that postures you as the expert of your own lived experience and the master of your destiny, while I serve as a supportive witness to your growth.
