Many people tell me that they have tried a lot of therapists before finding me. I believe this is because in addition to being warm, friendly and personable-it is readily apparent to clients that I bring a wealth of both personal and professional experience and that I "walk the walk." Clients feel seen, held and understood and this provides a safe and nurturing space in which clients can uncover and ultimately heal.
