Great to meet you!

I am a LPC in Georgia with a Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University with 17 years of experience. I work with adults that are struggling with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorders who wish to develop coping skills to achieve more balance in their lives. I assist clients to feel more empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

Navigating daily life can be overwhelming for those that are struggling with a mood disorder such as bipolar disorder, depression or anxiety. At times, just getting your feet on the floor every day can be a challenge. My passion is to work with clients to develop the skills to overcome obstacles to develop practical skills to improve their quality of life.

What you can expect from me

I am truly fascinated by the variety of human experience and eager to discover more about my clients sitting before me. I am an attentive listener and do not judge what my clients share in therapy. I strive to create a safe and inviting place to share so you feel comfortable opening up to allow me to take in who you are and how I can help. I adapt my approach for each individual client, and I am comfortable working in different therapy modalities and don’t hesitate to try something new. All these strengths assist with the process to develop a personalized plan that will work specifically to your issues.
