Great to meet you!

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Franciscan University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. In my clinical work, I take an integrative approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques to foster growth, insight, and healing.

My approach to therapy

I am a military spouse who is passionate about supporting military families, teenagers, and adults navigating life’s challenges. I work with all individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, emetophobia, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, family conflict, adjustment issues, and relationship difficulties.

What you can expect from me

I understand that seeking counseling can be one of the hardest — yet most courageous — steps you take. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, valued, and empowered to recognize their own strength.
