Great to meet you!

Welcome!

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, family challenges, and emotional distress. My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.

I have specialized experience in evidence-based trauma treatment, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Child and Family Traumatic Stress Intervention (CFTSI), and Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (PSB-CBT). My clinical background has given me extensive experience working not only with individuals who have experienced trauma, but also with parents and caregivers navigating the emotional and relational impact of difficult experiences within their families.

As a bilingual therapist, I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and recognize how deeply our culture, family, and life experiences shape who we are. I believe therapy is a partnership, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, explore what matters most to you, and find a path toward healing and growth that feels right for you

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals while incorporating evidence-based practices such as CBT and trauma-focused interventions. I focus on helping clients better understand their emotions, develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll identify your needs and begin developing a personalized plan to help you move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
