I am big advocate for, 'pills with skills.’ as the best mantra for therapeutic treatment and therefore integrate mindfulness, meditation along with medication management. I do consultation and medication management appointments via HIPPA compliant telemedicine (remote video/audio session).Let’s take the first step together in this journey towards equanimity.
