Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Vikki (she/ella), a bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) licensed independent clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience. I earned my Masters in Social Work in 2018 and I have been practicing in the state of Massachusetts since 2018. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings from community based non-profits to hospital based settings.

My approach to therapy

Since 2018, I have specialized in goal-oriented psychotherapy within a primary care setting, where I’ve gained experience helping individuals manage the impact of anxiety, depression and chronic illness. I focus on guiding folks through life transitions, grief, and trauma. In therapy, I work with individuals to set realistic goals, track progress, and foster a sense of empowerment throughout their growth.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will discuss your current stressors and how they might be impacting your daily life. We’ll also review your background, including past life experiences, any previous therapy, and your expectations for support moving forward.
