Great to meet you!

Compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist with a Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy with over 8 years of experience providing evidence-based mental health treatment to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am skilled in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating individual and family therapy. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and neurodivergent individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and other developmental or cognitive differences.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and strengths-based interventions to foster resilience, promote insight, and empower clients to achieve meaningful, lasting change. I am committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and ethically sound care while building strong therapeutic relationships based on empathy, collaboration, and respect.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about helping individuals and families improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and develop practical coping strategies that support long-term recovery and personal growth.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, collaborative space. I’ll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and any concerns or questions you may have. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—I’ll meet you where you are and help guide the conversation at a pace that feels manageable.

We’ll also talk about your history, current stressors, strengths, and goals so I can better understand your needs and begin identifying the most helpful approach for you. Depending on your situation, I may ask about relationships, family dynamics, symptoms, and any previous therapy or treatment experiences.

By the end of the session, we’ll discuss next steps and begin outlining a plan that feels supportive and realistic. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and clearer about how we can work together.
