Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Child Psychology as well as in Social Work, and I have been providing mental health services for over 12 years. My professional experience spans a variety of settings, but my primary focus has always been working with children, adolescents, and the geriatric population.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of evidence-based approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and supportive counseling—tailored to each client’s needs and goals. When working with children and adolescents, I focus on emotional regulation, social skills, self-esteem, and resilience, often incorporating creative and play-based strategies to help them express themselves in ways that feel natural and engaging.

With the geriatric population, my focus is on enhancing quality of life, addressing depression and anxiety, supporting adjustment to life changes, and fostering a sense of purpose and connection.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you or your child can feel safe to talk, explore emotions, and learn new ways to cope. I use a mix of proven techniques—like play-based strategies for kids or practical tools for stress and mood management—tailored to what works best for you.

My goal is to help you (or your loved one) feel more confident, resilient, and connected, whether that means building self-esteem, improving communication, or finding balance during a big life transition. We’ll work together at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you.

If you’re ready for support that’s compassionate, collaborative, and empowering, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
