Great to meet you!

Hello I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of nursing experience. Being familiar with depression, anxiety, insomnia as well as panic disorder, bipolar disorder and more, I strives to educate my patients about mental health and medications, proper drug use and interactions, adverse drug reactions, and the course and prognosis of mental illness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment approach is to support the mind and body of each individual while utilizing the most modern approaches to neuropsychiatry, psychotherapy, and medication management, including a combination of talk therapy, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, solution-focused therapy as well as CBT.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is for you to leave the session understanding your treatment plan. I always work with my patients to develop the best care plan that is both effective and comforting. I speak English, Ukrainian and Russian. Progress and collaboration are the key.
