Great to meet you!

Ever since I was a teenager I knew that one of my purpose in life was to help others. Also, I knew that one of my strengths is the capacity to connect with others.

Understanding the nature of our behaviors and the way we interpret life became a great challenge. I enrolled in Psychology School with a clear understanding of what I wanted professionally, but never imagined the profound and deep journey that I was about to begin.

My approach to therapy

As a humanist and cognitive scientist I grew my ability to show empathy, a non-judgmental and compassionate approach towards my clients issues and the ability to help others building a new mind and body connection. Devoted to help others improve their sense of awareness, resiliency and a building of a new mindset and a life worth living.
