Great to meet you!

Vimmi has been working to assist South Asian patients with empowering self, improving self-esteem and breaking patterns: cultural, generational or circumstantial that sometimes show up as fatigue, sadness, anxiety, fatigue, spiraling and overthinking. These patterns disable us from the joy of our lives. We can break these patterns with self-awareness and culturally contextual interventions.

My approach to therapy

We all deserve loving kindness and can break these cycles that disables us. In such times we all can use trauma-informed, solution-focused and nonjudgmental, warn and validating support to help us heal from symptomatic root causes. There is hope. I wish to work together to help you find these hopes and choices and learn to support yourself.

What you can expect from me

I am glad you are looking to make a difference in your life so you can live healthily inside out. As our day-to-day life is impacted by ongoing external and systematic issues with racial inequality and immigration based issues resulting in stress, working towards self-awareness to break patterns offer solution-based, compassionate, focused and ethical ways to help my patients manage their symptoms, learn the origin of these and find healthier ways to live their lives.
