Great to meet you!

Healing isn’t just about surviving – it’s about reclaiming your voice and your direction. As a therapist with specialized training in trauma, I create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and held – especially those who’ve gone too long without the support they need. My work centers individuals who are often under-recognized: adolescents exploring identity and navigating family and peer conflict; caregivers, professionals, and partners carrying more than their share of emotional and physical labor; and those who hold marginalized identities. I approach this work with deep respect, cultural awareness, and a commitment to helping you feel both safe and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both a sanctuary and a mirror – a space where you can feel supported and also challenged in ways that promote growth. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) to help you understand how past experiences shape your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in acknowledging the realities they can’t change, while still working to build intentional lives aligned with their values.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, increased self-awareness, and practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and pain points that may be holding you back and work toward meaningful, sustainable growth. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, challenge what no longer serves you, and move from survival into empowered, purposeful living.
