Great to meet you!

I do this work because I genuinely love it. I am very honest and direct with clients and encourage openness from each of us. Trust and comfortability take time, and I respect clients’ pace and readiness to travel in difficult directions. I also promise to (compassionately) hold you accountable to promote growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which explores the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. However, forming a genuine relationship is more important to me. I believe that it is through those relationships that positive change occurs.

What you can expect from me

You can expect expert care in a warm, supportive, accepting atmosphere. As you learn to see your true self, we will work together to help you gain emotional balance, stop destructive behaviors, and see your place in the world more clearly. Treatment is a wonderful opportunity to reach your potential. Reach out today. I am looking forward to working with you.
