I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18+ years of experience as a trauma therapist serving active-duty and veterans, and first responders.

I've specialized in play therapy with both trauma and neurodivergent populations and have a decade of work as a state-approved domestic violence treatment provider.

This work has equipped me with a lens to identify symptoms of trauma at all ages and stages of development, as well as an understanding of communication and relationship dynamics in couples and families.

I have experience with somatic and sensory work that applies to self-regulation and conflict resolution. I am also licensed in the State of Colorado as a natural medicine clinical facilitator in the use of Psilocybin.

I take a comprehensive approach to mental health treatment, integrating the physiological, emotional, and mental health aspects. You can expect me to seek to understand your experience and viewpoint, as well as the coping behaviors developed as a result of those experiences.

I am interested in intergenerational (family) transmitted traumas and the coping skills you've developed to function in your current environment. I typically use IFS and CPT therapy in support of the healing journey.

I believe in and use somatic interventions to address all of the client's parts and experiences. I am also licensed to practice Natural medicine in the State of Colorado and utilize psilocybin work as a means to access difficult-to-process traumas.
