Great to meet you!

When a man needs to fix a car, he finds the right tools. Men by nature are problem-solvers, but without the right coping tools, you might be stuck. Shame or pride can hold you back, but don’t let it. Most of the men I work with say going to therapy was the best decision they made to solve problems, restore hope, and reclaim their lives. I have equipped myself as a Licensed Independent Social Worker. Let me help you to drive your relationships toward intention, passion and purpose.

My approach to therapy

Specializing in men’s mental health, I work with men of all ages. Men navigating a new job, relationships, fatherhood, ideas of masculinity, or men struggling with pain, retirement, and life adjustments. I can help with issues like substance use, divorce, trauma, grief, anger, anxiety, depression, and veteran issues.

What you can expect from me

I’m highly motivated, a Christ follower, and I adhere to treating anyone with respect, honesty, and dignity. Hope is possible during difficult times in life. Maybe you’ve struggled in your relationships. You might be feeling confused and overwhelmed about what to do next. I care about your journey and I’m here to talk through any challenge you face.
