Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, and the pressure of carrying significant personal or professional responsibilities. My approach is direct, practical, and collaborative—helping clients move beyond overthinking and develop meaningful strategies for lasting change. With backgrounds in counseling, psychology, and leadership, I especially connect with professionals, caregivers, and high-functioning individuals who may appear successful on the outside while feeling overwhelmed internally.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I work with clients to better understand the patterns, stressors, and beliefs that may be keeping them stuck, while building actionable tools for meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused strategies, while tailoring treatment to each client’s needs. I often work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the pressure that can come with high personal or professional responsibility.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a supportive, straightforward conversation focused on understanding what brings them to therapy, what they’ve been experiencing, and what they hope to change. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest without judgment, while also beginning to identify practical next steps and meaningful goals for our work together. Many clients leave the first session with greater clarity, a stronger sense of direction, and the feeling that they do not have to navigate things alone.
