Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Vincent. I am a Licensed Psychoanalyst/Psychotherapist (LP) with a private practice in Manhattan, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions. I bring my own lived experiences and cultural attunement into the room to build a deeply trusting and authentic therapeutic alliance with my clients.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I am trained as a relational and psychodynamic therapist, which means our work is based on a "two-person psychology"—we work as a team to explore your internal world, rather than me approaching our work as an "all-knowing analyst". Instead of relying on quick fixes, we will look closely at the root patterns that shape how you feel and the choices you make. By translating these insights into our common language, we can make sense of your experiences without erasing who you are or where you come from.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a confidential, non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and known. Together, we will understand your current stressors, to see what’s underneath. The goal is to build self acceptance, and create lasting, integrated change. My ultimate goal is to help you feel steadier and more confident in your authentic self.
