Vincent Jacopino

I worked as a full-time bedside nurse for over a decade in various hospitals across Westchester County, NY, before transitioning into my current role as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Most of my nursing career was dedicated to Maria Fareri Children's Hospital, where I specialized in Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplant. Presently, I serve as a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner on the in-patient child psychiatry unit at Westchester Medical Center. My primary focus is on the mental health care of children and adolescents and young adults. In addition, I provide mental health treatment to patients and families navigating the challenges of cancer treatment through psychotherapy and medication management.

I offer both virtual sessions and in-person appointments in Cornwall, NY.

I offer medication management and psychodynamic psychotherapy, striving to create a supportive environment that fosters self-understanding and promotes psychological growth.

Initial sessions consist of a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. Afterward, you can choose to continue with medication management alone or a combination of both therapy and medication management, based on your preferences and needs.

I offer fee-for-service options for out-of-network clients and also accept in-network insurances as listed on this website.
