Great to meet you!

I’m Vincent Nunez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Christian Counselor who takes a direct, compassionate, and practical approach to therapy. I help clients break old patterns, regulate emotions, and build healthier relationships—with themselves and others.

I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, identity development, and emotional regulation. Clients appreciate that I’m straightforward, supportive, and focused on real progress. I integrate faith for those who want it and stay clinically grounded for those who don’t.

With experience in ministry, military service, and clinical supervision on a college campus, I understand the pressures people carry and the importance of a safe, motivating therapeutic space. My goal is simple: help you gain clarity, strengthen emotional resilience, and move forward with confidence and purpose.

My approach to therapy

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness-based skills, to help you see the bigger picture of your story. For clients who desire it, I integrate Christian counseling and spiritual insight in a way that supports your faith and healing.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on understanding what’s bringing you in and what you hope to change. I’ll ask about your current concerns, your history, and what’s been weighing on you—at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

You won’t be judged, rushed, or pressured. My job is to listen closely, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin identifying patterns or stress points that may be contributing to your struggles.

We’ll talk about your goals and what you want out of therapy so we can work intentionally, not aimlessly.
