Throughout Vincent’s career a passion for supporting people going through tough times in their lives emerged. Supporting people with trauma, severe mental health disorders, military life and experiences, and people who merely needed a little extra support to get back where they want to be. Vincent began his career in 2013 in primary therapy with people experiencing trauma and mental health needs for adults working with mental health disorders like OCD, Depression, Anxiety, and Schizophrenia. He moved into therapy amongst substance use population supporting treatment for both inpatient/outpatient individual and group mental health services. In 2015 Vincent began working with the people experiencing homelessness with both housing services and crisis response, as well as weekly/bi-weekly mental health therapeutic support. In 2017 Vincent moved into a management position assisting low income and unhoused people with housing, mental health, and crisis response. In 2020 Vincent moved to work with Department of Health Services where he supported a program creation for low income individuals to connect to social security benefits, housing resources, and mental health care. Since 2025, Vincent continues to work with the Office of Diversion and Reentry supporting individuals who have regular contact with the justice system to find housing, connect to physical and mental health care, and any other needs that will minimize their contact with law enforcement. Vincent's career continues to be about supporting the community and building on the strengths within each person to build a better life through any adversity.
