Great to meet you!

I am a professional therapist with experience supporting individuals living with chronic mental illness, anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, and substance use disorders. I utilize psychoeducation and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients navigate their challenges and move toward the lives they want to lead.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach in treatment, and provide a supportive, and non-judgmental space for individuals to learn and grow. I truly enjoy helping clients work towards being fully in charge of their lives, while meeting them where they are. I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families, as well as facilitating groups.

I have helped individuals who have struggled with a number of issues, including emotions related to managing financial success, educational success, and/or relationship success. I believe that when life domains are in balance, a sense of self-worth and self-esteem can be achieved. I provide services with an awareness of cultural and environmental factors

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment. My priority is to help you feel comfortable and understood as we begin exploring the concerns that brought you to therapy. Above all, the first session is about establishing rapport and creating a safe, judgment-free space. My goal is for you to leave with a sense of direction, increased clarity about the therapeutic process, and confidence that you have a partner in your healing and growth.
