Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, the effects of trauma, relationship challenges, or questions about your identity on your own. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, but you don't have to navigate those experiences alone. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, women's issues, cultural and ethnic concerns, grief and loss, PTSD, OCD, family challenges, and everyday stress, creating a space where you feel genuinely heard and supported. My approach is warm, open-minded, and participatory because I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be yourself. Together, we'll explore what's been holding you back, build on your strengths, and work toward lasting growth that aligns with who you are and the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where your voice, experiences, and goals guide the work we do together. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs while helping you develop insight, confidence, and practical tools for everyday life. My approach incorporates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Attachment-Based Therapy to help address the root causes of emotional pain while supporting meaningful healing and resilience. Whether we're processing trauma, improving relationships, managing anxiety or stress, working through identity concerns, or navigating grief and family dynamics, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while focusing on the changes that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, compassionate environment where you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. We'll work together to better understand your experiences, celebrate progress along the way, and approach setbacks with curiosity rather than judgment. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that extend beyond our sessions so you can navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. No matter where you're starting, I'm here to meet you with warmth, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping you move toward healing and lasting change.
