Great to meet you!

Greetings!

I'm Viola & I'm deeply committed to helping people understand & accept their entire selves. As a neurodivergent clinician, I am familiar with the discomfort that comes from lacking a holistic understanding of one's self.

So I strive to create a space for you to safely sit with the confusion or discomfort of your past that led to behaviors not representative of your true self. You cannot live authentically when you deny parts of yourself that you believe to be less than or undesirable!

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach uses Jungian shadow work to help you map the shadows that influence you internally. First, we explore how you created your shadows, then how you can safely process & confront your shadows to finally learn to coexist with your shadows.

I also use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy to help you handle thoughts & feelings without judgment. While Schema therapy provides context on how your shadows developed over time.

These all help me facilitate deep rooted change in my client's lives.

What you can expect from our first session

My special interest is the brain and what motivates our behaviors as humans. So you can expect to engage in compassionate self-reflection to explore & process the internal limiting belief systems, traumas, shadows & undesired behaviors that are keeping you from being your authentic self.

So let's DemystiPHI your life together!
