Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who is passionate about helping people better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach and tailor my work to meet each person where they are.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and turn insight into practical steps that support meaningful change in daily life.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and able to move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and flexible approach to therapy, combining practical strategies with reflective conversation depending on what you need in the moment.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help you understand the patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can make sense of what feels stuck or overwhelming. From there, we work on building tools that are realistic and usable in everyday life.

My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping you create lasting change in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, low-pressure space where we talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it.

I take time to understand your experiences and what matters most to you, while also beginning to identify patterns that may be contributing to stress or feeling stuck. I’ll also walk you through how I work and answer any questions so the process feels clear and comfortable.

The goal of our first session is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about next steps.
