The most important thing is for us to work together to achieve your goals. Knowing you, your background, and your history is vital. Therefore, I encourage patients to be open-hearted. I mainly focus on medication management for depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, ADHD, and PTSD. I also see patients for psychotherapy.

Mental health recovery and wellness is something we have to work on just the same way we do our physical health and wellness. My sessions are judgment-free. I am here to offer support, treatment, and guidance. Always remember "progress, not perfection."
