Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles. As a second-generation Latina, I bring a culturally responsive and compassionate approach to supporting teens and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, chronic pain, chronic illness, addiction, and life transitions. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and together we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, and somatic practices to help you build tools, process experiences, and feel more grounded. You don’t have to do this alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, and client-centered, grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to support and guide your process. I integrate body-based somatic practices alongside cognitive approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you feel more connected, grounded, and understood. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin to understand your story and what matters most to you. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the process so you feel comfortable moving forward. Together, we’ll start identifying small, meaningful steps toward the changes you’d like to see.
