I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to supporting individuals navigating life’s complexities with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each client's needs.
I started out working with individuals affected by the child welfare system, helping them navigate complex and often overwhelming systems. That experience deeply shaped my commitment to a humanistic, socially conscious approach—one that not only honors individual experiences but also recognizes the broader social barriers that impact mental health and healing.
I utilize a multidimensional approach with clients who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and other mental health concerns. My work is trauma-informed and rooted in compassion, always tailored to meet each client where they are. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and attachment theory to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns—while developing healthier, more sustainable coping strategies.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from themselves, from others, or from the life they want to live. In our work together, we’ll focus on making sense of those feelings, building emotional resilience, and creating lasting, meaningful change that aligns with your values and goals.
Therapy can be a space of transformation—and you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience.
