Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journey with compassion and cultural understanding. After graduating high school, I joined the military, which allowed me to travel the world, experience diverse cultures, and gain a deeper appreciation for different perspectives and ways of life. These experiences, combined with my advanced clinical training, uniquely shape my approach to care; centered on empathy, respect, and evidence-based practices tailored to your individual needs. I specialize in treating conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders, using a holistic, trauma-informed approach that may include medication management, psychotherapy, and coping skills development to help you achieve lasting wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. My style is warm, empathetic, and direct, focusing on building strong therapeutic relationships.

I specialize in treating conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Using a combination of medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy, I work with clients to promote stability, healing, and lasting well-being.

What you can expect from me

As a PMHNP focused on medication management, clients can expect a thoughtful, individualized approach to finding the right treatment plan. I create a supportive, respectful environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their symptoms, concerns, and treatment goals.

Sessions typically focus on evaluating the effectiveness of current medications, managing side effects, and making adjustments as needed. My goal is to help clients achieve symptom stability, improve daily functioning, and enhance overall quality of life through safe and evidence-based medication strategies. I also emphasize education, so clients feel informed and empowered in their treatment decisions.
