Great to meet you!

I create a warm, welcoming space where your voice is truly honored and your feelings are valued. With empathy, compassion, and lightness when needed, I walk beside you as you build confidence, embrace healing, and discover new ways to move forward.

My journey into this work is deeply personal. My own experience with therapy had a profound and transformative impact on my life and ultimately inspired me to pursue this career. I experienced firsthand what it means to have someone support and guide you through difficult moments, and I wanted the opportunity to provide that same compassion and support to others. I know the courage it takes to begin, which is why I create a safe, judgment-free space where your story is respected and your healing is supported.

Guided by empathy, honesty, and openness, I blend compassion with practical guidance to help you navigate challenges with confidence. And when appropriate, I bring humor and lightness into the process—because growth can be meaningful while still feeling human. You may even see my dog-daughter, Gingerbread, make a surprise appearance!

Here, you’ll find a space that is real, supportive, and judgment-free, where your feelings are valued and your story matters.

Together, we’ll face challenges honestly, with compassion and even laughter, as you move toward healing and growth.

I’m so very proud of you for taking this step💕

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is real, relatable, and human. I bring real-life perspective and humor into our sessions when appropriate. This isn’t the kind of therapy you see on TV—it’s a real conversation between two people where you can talk openly about whatever is on your mind or weighing on you.

You don’t have to worry about saying the “right” thing or being judged for how you feel. We can talk about the hard stuff, the uncomfortable stuff, and even laugh along the way. My goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session can sometimes feel a little heavy, especially when you’re sharing parts of your story for the first time—not to mention, with a complete stranger! My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

We’ll take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and you won’t have to figure everything out in one session. The only thing I ask of you is to be honest—even when it feels uncomfortable. This isn’t about having all the right words or all the answers; just come as you are.

Most importantly, you can expect to leave knowing that your voice was heard and that you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
