Great to meet you!

I know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a caring social worker who takes time to truly listen and understand what you’re going through. I work with people navigating grief and loss, as well as children and families healing from abuse. Together, we’ll move at your pace, explore what’s been weighing on you, and start building small, meaningful steps toward feeling more steady and supported.

My approach to therapy

I bring a master’s degree in Social Work and over 50 years of experience as a social worker, including 25+ years counseling abused children. I often use play therapy techniques with kids and provide one-on-one counseling for adults and children. At times, it may be helpful to include other family members so everyone feels heard and supported.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy now, and identify the main concerns you’d like help with. My goal is to create a safe, gentle space where you feel respected and not judged. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you—please feel free to book a session when you’re ready.
