Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My work focuses on helping people navigate grief, major life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I bring a compassionate, nonjudgmental presence to every session and strive to create a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and build the tools you need to move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and strengths-based. I believe that even during the most difficult times, growth and healing are possible. In our work together, we will explore the challenges you’re facing, process difficult emotions, and identify patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. I integrate practical coping strategies with emotional insight to help you manage anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. Therapy with me is a supportive partnership where we move at your pace and focus on meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where you can begin to share what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your goals, and any relevant background that will help guide our work together. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process. Most importantly, this session is an opportunity for you to feel comfortable, begin building trust, and take the first step toward healing and growth.
