Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. I’m a down-to-earth clinical therapist who believes that healing happens through connection, clarity, and compassionate support. I bring a strong foundation of clinical training and real‐world experience to my work. My background includes: MSW from Ohio State University School of Social Work, Advanced training in in trauma‐informed care, crisis intervention, and family systems. I have experience across community mental health, training in domestic violence pattern recognition and interventions, juvenile justice, neurodiversity recognition and supports.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, strengths‐based style that honors each person’s lived experience. My work integrates:

  • Trauma‐informed and attachment‐based frameworks

  • Practical skill‐building to support daily functioning and long‐term growth

Clients often describe me as calm, direct, and deeply supportive. I strive to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and empowered to move toward your goals.
