I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona and Wyoming with a specialization in OCD, anxiety disorders, and maternal mental health. I received a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and welcoming while gently challenging my clients to achieve their goals. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR and tailor the treatment to my client's needs.
