Great to meet you!

Everyone needs a space in which they feel seen, heard and respected. My passion is seeing and helping others discover that growth can come from a place of difficulty. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable to truly be yourself!

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with curiosity, openness, and creativity, recognizing that every person’s story is unique. I believe therapy works best when it is authentic and collaborative. By blending compassion with a flexible, individualized approach, I will help you explore challenges, build insight, move toward meaningful change and we will likely laugh along the way!

If the typical 60 minute session does not fit your schedule, send me a message. I offer 30 minute sessions as well.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to begin getting to know one another in a comfortable, supportive environment. We’ll spend time talking about what has brought you to counseling, the challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, experiences, and goals, while also giving you space to share at a pace that feels right for you.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for the counseling process. Building a trusting, collaborative relationship is an important foundation for meaningful work together. By the end of the session, we will begin identifying possible goals and next steps so you can leave with a clearer sense of direction and support moving forward!
