Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health across the lifespan.

I have a special interest in working with adolescents and young adults, particularly those navigating life transitions, academic stress, identity development, and emotional challenges. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized, integrating evidence-based treatment with a genuine focus on understanding each person’s unique experiences and goals.

My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in their mental health care. Together, we work toward improved emotional well-being, resilience, and long-term wellness.

My approach to therapy

I provide evidence-based psychiatric care through a thoughtful, collaborative approach that honors each client’s unique experiences and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to feel supportive, thorough, and conversational. We’ll take time to discuss what brings you in, your current concerns, and what you’re hoping to gain from treatment. I’ll ask about your mental health history, medical background, medications, and any relevant life experiences to better understand the full picture.

I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable asking questions and sharing openly at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin to identify goals and discuss evidence-based treatment options that align with your needs and preferences, which may include medication management, education, and supportive strategies.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of next steps and a collaborative plan moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident in the care process.
