Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and supporting neurodivergent individuals. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore challenges and practice new skills at a pace that feels comfortable. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with practical tools for everyday stress, work, and relationships. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and move toward feeling more grounded, confident, and understood.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and grounded in real-life goals. My approach blends cognitive-behavioral strategies with mindfulness and practical skill-building to help reduce stress and improve daily functioning. I focus on understanding each client’s unique strengths and challenges, and we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you would like help with right now. I’ll ask questions to learn about your experiences, strengths, and goals, while you set the pace. We’ll begin identifying next steps or skills to support you between sessions. Many people need a few meetings to feel fully comfortable opening up, and that is completely normal. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported as we move forward.
