Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Virginia, a Licensed Master Social Worker in Arizona with over 12 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and self-esteem concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized, and I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard and supported. I’ll work with you to understand your goals, build on your strengths, and find approaches that feel comfortable and meaningful for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs. I believe you know yourself best, so I work with you to understand your goals and find approaches that feel comfortable and helpful. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can be open, explore challenges, and build on your strengths. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you and focus on making meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to get from therapy. I’ll answer any questions you may have and work with you to create a comfortable and supportive plan moving forward. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll take it one step at a time.
