Great to meet you!

Are you interested in building a deeper sense of self awareness, perhaps an ability to connect more thoughtfully in your relationships? I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with clients who can be introspective and self-aware, yet still feel stuck—overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in patterns that don’t reflect who you want to be. I help clients better understand themselves and create more clarity, steadiness, and meaningful change. Together, we slow things down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and build new ways of relating—to yourself and others—that feel more grounded and aligned.

Many of my clients are insightful and motivated, yet find themselves caught in cycles of overwhelm, disconnection, or reactivity—especially in moments that matter most.

My approach to therapy

My work focuses on helping you slow things down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll explore the patterns shaping your experience—emotionally, relationally, and physiologically—and begin to shift them in ways that feel grounded and sustainable. My approach integrates trauma-informed somatic psychology, attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology, which means we’re not just talking about problems—we’re working with your nervous system, your relational patterns, and your capacity for connection in real time.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect presence, curiosity and care. I take time to understand your story, your goals, and what’s felt hard to navigate on your own. We’ll move at a pace that feels steady and collaborative, creating space for both insight and practical change.
