Great to meet you!

As a licensed Psychologist, I have worked in private practice, long term care and in forensic and psychiatric hospitals. The thoughts, emotions and life experiences we all have form the composite of our personalities and the "heart" of who we are. I believe that everyone has the need for meaning and purpose in their lives, without which we can experience anxiety, depression and a sense of de-personalization. My goal is to help my clients find their true self using CBT, ACT, DBT and Cognitive Therapy interventions to improve the quality and fulfillment of their lives.

My approach to therapy

I have holistic approach for connecting one’s mind, emotions, and sense of purpose.
