As a Licensed Clinician I am passionate about people successfuly navigating the journey of thier life by listening and being supportive. Each person's journey is different but none comes without a mixture of happiness, sadness, obstacles, challenges and success.

Sometimes one can single handedly navigate those roadblocks and freeways, but sometimes we need to build on your natural reslience and add additional navigational tools. Your mastery of these tools are supported by a combination of assessments, goal setting, planning and teaching evidence base techniques while providing valuable resouces.
