Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges with clarity and resilience. I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and trauma using evidence-based approaches to foster meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore, heal, and grow.

What you can expect from me

Walking into therapy for the first time can feel like standing at the edge of something unknown — and that's okay. My first session with you isn't about having the right answers or knowing exactly what to say. It's about making sure you leave feeling a little more at ease than when you arrived. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you're hoping to feel or find, and what getting support actually looks like for you — because that looks different for everyone. I'll ask questions, but more importantly, I'll listen. Deeply. The space I create is nonjudgmental, unhurried, and genuinely yours. By the end of our first conversation, my goal is simple: that you feel safe enough to come back.
