She graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2015 with a master’s degree in social work. She graduated with her PhD in May 2023 from Our Lady of the Lake University.

Dr. Ortiz provides outpatient psychiatric and psychotherapy services to the El Paso Border region.I provide individual, family and couples therapy. By creating a safe, comfortable and confidential supportive environment we will find solutions together.
